Day retreats London run pop up yoga, pilates & meditation retreats in London.   

Escape the city and find yourself in an oasis of calm, allowing yourself to relax and restore through yoga poses. Prepare to be surrounded by flowers, relaxing scents and twinkling candles as you immerse yourself in your yoga practice and begin to focus on your breath and movement becoming one. Take time out of your routine with a day retreat, leaving you energised and rejuvenated.

We believe that healthy minds lead to healthy bodies. Day retreats begins with a strong and energetic practice as we work though vinyasa yoga and pilates, challenging our bodies ability to balance and stabilize. Following this we move into yin yoga and restorative poses, meditation and yoga nidra, leaving you grounded and nourished.

We believe that happiness comes from within, by listening to our bodies and learning to trust our instincts we can feel more connected with ourselves and the world. 

Relax and unwind with us, establishing space and balance in the mind, body and soul.
