The Well Garden Day Retreats London pop up worked with the properties of the sacral chakra . We explored the idea of stability in your emotions, passion and connections allowing us to try to feel abundance and joy. Surrounded by beautiful gongs, candles and warmth we worked out way through pilates, vinyasa flow yoga, yin yoga before taking a little break with some snacks from Rude Health. We then continued with some guided meditation before moving into a deeply relaxing and restoring yoga nidra. 

The afternoon was sealed with a delightful goodie bag with some amazing vouchers from the wonderful Audrey and Elizabeth for our lucky Day retreaters!

2016 Day Retreats pop up! We started the year working with the root chakra and it's properties, helping you to connect back to the earth for feelings of safety and security to support your journey into 2016.  

Beginning with pilates with Erika  we worked with the pilates balls to work deeply into the pelvic floor muscles to provide stability and strength. We then moved onto some nourishing vinyasa flow yoga with Leyla . After some delicious snacks we moved deep into meditation and a extended yoga nidra session allowing all of the affects of the session to settle. 

We had a special surprise in the goodie bags from the lovely Jennifer from Audrey and Elizabeth who had provided 45 minute facial reflexology treatments for all our guests! 

I feel energised after the flow and pilates and relaxed and peaceful after the Yoga Nidra.

Throat chakra Day Retreat

Our winter pop up Day Retreat was held at the beautiful Coates Studios in Hackney. Working with the throat chakra Vishuddha we worked to explore all areas of communication with ourselves and one another as we draw closer towards the festive season. 

The afternoon included delicious granola from Husk and Honey during our break between the initial yang practise of pilates and vinyasa flow yoga. We then moved onto some pranayama  and restorative yoga, finishing with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra.
