2016 Day Retreats pop up! We started the year working with the root chakra and it's properties, helping you to connect back to the earth for feelings of safety and security to support your journey into 2016.
Beginning with pilates with Erika we worked with the pilates balls to work deeply into the pelvic floor muscles to provide stability and strength. We then moved onto some nourishing vinyasa flow yoga with Leyla . After some delicious snacks we moved deep into meditation and a extended yoga nidra session allowing all of the affects of the session to settle.
We had a special surprise in the goodie bags from the lovely Jennifer from Audrey and Elizabeth who had provided 45 minute facial reflexology treatments for all our guests!
