Welcome to our first pop up Yoga Day Retreat!
We hosted a day filled with yoga, pilates and meditation- giving the body and mind space to unwind and relax. To start we worked through a dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class and a stabilising and strengthening pilates class. After a short break filled with some delicious snacks and tea we continued with some yin yoga and meditation ending with a long extended relaxation.
